01 General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 777pd (hereinafter "777pd", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 777pd online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://777pd.app (the "Platform"). • You are not self-excluded from the 777pd Platform or any partner platform under a previously activated self-exclusion arrangement that remains in force.
• You have not previously had a 777pd account closed due to fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering suspicion, or any other serious breach of these Terms.

Account Limit

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 777pd Platform at any time. Opening duplicate, secondary, or shadow accounts — regardless of the email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777pd reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must notify [email protected] immediately so the duplicate can be closed without penalty.

02 Account Registration & Verification

Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide:

Identity Verification (KYC)

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum first deposit is ৳500. Subsequent deposits are also subject to the ৳500 minimum unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

Accepted Payment Methods

Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile banking methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfer and card methods. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified 777pd account.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

777pd offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin allocations, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Wagering Requirements

Bonus Restrictions

05 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 777pd Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or financial credentials to register or transact on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or use of software tools (bots, scripts, automation) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or system for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a verifiable software error are void and will be reversed.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

Settlements are made on confirmed official results from the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a result dispute, 777pd's settlement decision, made in good faith based on available official data, is final.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

777pd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Confirmed bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software tools.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against 777pd without valid cause.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held securely and released — less any amounts subject to forfeiture — upon conclusion of the investigation if the account is cleared. Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach, any balance derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited. No part of the 777pd Platform or its content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of 777pd. 10 Limitation of Liability

11 Amendments & Governing Law

777pd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, 777pd will provide reasonable notice to registered players by publishing an update notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to the affected account. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the 777pd Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 777pd operates as a platform serving players in Bangladesh and makes no representation that the content or services offered are appropriate or available for use outside Bangladesh. Players who access the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
